2. What data do we collect?

We only collect data that is necessary for the functioning of our website and — with your consent — for statistical and advertising purposes.

2.1 Anonymous visit statistics (own tracker)

If you agree, we anonymously log which pages are visited, the device type (phone/tablet/desktop) and the referring website (e.g. google.com). IP addresses are never stored: they are converted once into an anonymous daily code via SHA-256 hashing. A new code is generated every day, making cross-day tracking impossible.

2.2 Google Analytics 4 & Google Ads

With your consent we load the Google Analytics 4 tracking tag and the Google Ads conversion tag. Google Analytics collects anonymised data about visitor behaviour (session duration, pages visited, location at country or region level). Google Ads allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.

2.3 Contact form

If you fill in the contact form, your name, email and message are stored in order to answer your enquiry. This data is not shared with third parties and is deleted once it is no longer required.

Google is based in the US. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
